At the age of sixteen, I met Cathy Ferraro through our mutual theatrical agent and then, in 1978 when I got my real estate license, I joined Cathy and her mom, Dolly, as they opened Ferraro & Associates. It was terrific to be with a company that didn’t force me to specialize but rather allowed me to stretch myself by doing residential, commercial and industrial.
I took a break during the 1990s and started a successful company to assist corporations and inventors achieve their product manufacturing goals in Asia, making the process easy and profitable for them. My handling of the full scope of supply chain management, from development through production, shipping, delivery and/or fulfillment further sharpened my ability to attend to details – a talent that’s invaluable in the world of real estate, to which I returned several years ago. Oh, and just for fun, I also started an internet blog about consumer goods, food, fitness and all things which can make women more comfortable.
It’s exciting to again work with clients at Ferraro on all types of properties and ventures. I’ve also added a significant amount of property management to my portfolio of experience.
